Antica Riverente/Ancient Reverence is a collection of images that aims to capture the ephemeral quality of the many sacred spaces, cities, and towns across Italy. Something that has fascinated me throughout several trips to Italy has been events that take place continuously and have been for hundreds, if not thousands of years. Rituals, and ephemeral qualities of light and shadow are just some of the things that have inspired me to create these images. Knowing that these events happen with or without my presence and will continue to do so, help me to bring a humble and earnest perspective to creatively capturing the essence of these moments
